I'm linking up with Oh'Boy 4th Grade for the November Currently
So, I'm listening to Aerosmith because Armageddon is on the Television.
It's great background music for blogging...the video is not what you would call G rated, so I cannot embed it into this post... but needless to say it is a great song.
I am beyond excited that I will (more importantly my kids will) be getting an extra hour of sleep. My son had his first sleepover outside the house and my daughter had a sleepover at our house last night. It is not easy staying up with 8 and 9 year olds, so I'm exhausted.
Is anyone else's mind realing with ideas? I have so many ideas for new activities, writing lessons, math lessons, products etc.... that I've began to keep a journal again. Every time I get a epiphany of sorts it goes in the book. Hopefully to be explored and developed at some point.
I'm also trying to get ready for all of the baking I need to do...I love to bake, but the ingredients list needs some forethought.
Sweet potatoes with marshmallows, chocolate chip cookies, toffee brickle cookies ( I made these by accident once, and they were completely addictive)
Ok, so you know that meme, ...."don't you just love the 12 seconds where all of the laundry is done and put away".... yah, that's my house. Today we had soccer, a Stella and Dot party (I'm pretty psyched about my purchases, can't wait to wear my new mom charm and , aqua foundation-bracelet love them!!!)
and I had to go do my civic duty and vote... so no laundry was done today (sniff, sniff--um not really, but the piles are just growning)!!! ahhh.
I am embedding a Beautiful song by MERCY me
so sit back and enjoy and be blessed
